Let’s say you need printer service. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Depot Repair Service

Bring your printer right to us and we’ll fix it. This service is perfect if you’re on a tight budget and don’t need it repaired yesterday. Instead, we'll service it in 5 working days or less.

2. Express Exchange Serivce

Under this program, a replacement printer is shipped to replace the defective unit. An RMA# is assigned and simply return the the defective printer within 7 business days of receipt of replacement printer. (shipper's expense).

3. On Site Service

Sometimes you need a repair now. Sak Data is more than willing to jump in and lend a hand to get it done. We’ll make sure you’re up and running the Next Business Day. Service contracts are available.
