Manufacturers' Warranties

AMT Datasouth warrants its printers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (except thermal printheads which are warranted for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days) from the date of shipment from AMT Datasouth. If the original end-user submits an AMT Datasouth Warranty information card and proof-of-purchase (invoice or packing slip), the warranty will be from date of purchase by the end-user. |

IMC Networks warrants to the original end-user purchaser that all products (excluding fiber optic SFPs which have a 1-year warranty) EXCLUSIVE OF SOFTWARE, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use in accordance with IMC Networks' instructions and directions for a period of six (6) years after the original date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the limitations set forth below.
At its option, IMC Networks will repair or replace at no charge the product, which proves to be defective within such warranty period. This limited warranty shall not apply if the IMC Networks product has been damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, service or modification by anyone other than an authorized IMC Networks Service Technician or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship. Any replaced or repaired products or parts carry a ninety (90) day warranty or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer.
Advanced Replacement will also require the end user to be invoiced for the product as well as shipment. Credit will be issued once the faulty unit has been received and evaluated by IMC Networks. Faulty products are due within 90 days of receipt for International customers, and 30 days for Domestic customers.
To receive in-warranty service, the defective product must be received at IMC Networks no later than the end of the warranty period. If a product is 90 days old or less, deeming it an out of box failure, then an Advanced Replacement is issued. The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, satisfactory to IMC Networks, denoting product serial number and purchase date, a written description of the defect and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by IMC Networks. No products will be accepted by IMC Networks, which do not have an RMA number. For an RMA number, contact IMC Networks at PHONE: (949) 465-3000 or (800) 624-1070 (in the U.S. and Canada) or FAX: (949) 465-3020. The end-user shall return the defective product to IMC Networks, freight charges prepaid. The shipping instructions in CRMA documentation are included with each issuance via e-mail . End-user agrees to accept all liability for loss of or damages to the returned product during shipment. IMC Networks shall repair or replace the returned product, at its option, and return the repaired or new product to the end-user, freight prepaid, via method to be determined by IMC Networks.
IMC Networks shall not be liable for any costs of procurement of substitute goods, loss of profits, or any incidental, consequential, and/or special damages of any kind resulting from a breach of any applicable express or implied warranty, breach of any obligation arising from breach of warranty, or otherwise with respect to the manufacture and sale of any IMC Networks product, whether or not IMC Networks has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, IMC NETWORKS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS IMC NETWORKS PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED OR INCLUDED. IMC NETWORKS SHALL DISREGARD AND NOT BE BOUND BY ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS, RESELLERS OR DEALERS OF IMC NETWORKS, WHICH ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE WARRANTY, SET FORTH ABOVE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE.
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that IMC Networks product manuals and promotional materials accurately describe IMC Networks product specifications and capabilities at the time of publication. However, because of ongoing improvements and updating of IMC Networks products, IMC Networks cannot guarantee the accuracy of printed materials after the date of publication and disclaims liability for changes, errors or omissions. |

Lantronix warrants each Lantronix product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period as specified by product listing or product documentation. During this period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem and Lantronix Technical Support determines the product is defective, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Following receipt of an RMA number, the customer shall return the product to Lantronix, freight prepaid. Upon verification of warranty, Lantronix will -- at its option -- repair or replace the product and return it to the customer freight prepaid. If the product is not under warranty, the customer may have Lantronix repair the unit on a fee basis or return it. No services are handled at the customer's site under this warranty. This warranty is voided if the customer uses the product in an unauthorized or improper way, or in an environment for which it was not designed.
Lantronix warrants the media containing its software product to be free from defects and warrants that the software will operate substantially according to Lantronix specifications for a period of 60 DAYS after the date of shipment. The customer will ship defective media to Lantronix. Lantronix will ship the replacement media to the customer.
In no event will Lantronix be responsible to the user in contract, in tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss of equipment, plant or power system, cost of capital, loss of profits or revenues, cost of replacement power, additional expenses in the use of existing software, hardware, equipment or facilities, or claims against the user by its employees or customers resulting from the use of the information, recommendations, descriptions and safety notations supplied by Lantronix. Lantronix liability is limited (at its election) to:
- Refund of buyer's purchase price for such affected products (without interest)
- Repair or replacement of such products, provided that the buyer follows the above procedures.
There are no understandings, agreements, representations or warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those specifically set out above or by any existing contract between the parties. Any such contract states the entire obligation of Lantronix. The contents of this document shall not become part of or modify any prior or existing agreement, commitment, or relationship.

Multi-Tech Systems, Inc., (hereafter “MTS”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two, five, or ten years (depending on model) from date of purchase, or if proof of purchase is not provided, two, five, or ten years (depending on model) from date of shipment.
MTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
This warranty does not apply to any products which have been damaged by lightning storms, water, or power surges or which have been neglected, altered, abused, used for a purpose other than the one for which they were manufactured, repaired by Customer or any party without MTS's written authorization, or used in any manner inconsistent with MTS's instructions.
MTS's entire obligation under this warranty shall be limited (at MTS's option) to repair or replacement of any products which prove to be defective within the warranty period or, at MTS's option, issuance of a refund of the purchase price. Defective products must be returned by Customer to MTS's factory — transportation prepaid.
MTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ITS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. |

Per Incident Repair: Your Printek mobile printer will be repaired and adjusted to factory specifications. Factory service repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
Coverage under Standard Warranty
- All Printek mobile printers carry a full one-year warranty on the entire printer - case, print head, and battery included.
- Printers under warranty coverage must be returned to the nearest Independent Authorized Service Center or to Printek for warranty repair.
- The warranty does not cover damage to printers through excessive mistreatment . Cost of repair for an excessively mistreated printer, if repair can be accomplished, will be that of a Major Repair as shown below.

The Warranty Period runs from the date of delivery to the original user-purchaser. Repair or replacement of a defective Product does not extend its Warranty Period or begin a new Warranty Period. Your Warranty Period is based on the type of Product purchased.

What is excluded under this warranty?
This limited warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship for the printer hardware; any warranty for software, consumables, supplies and or options will be in accordance with the warranty, if any, supplied with those products. This limited warranty does not apply to, and TallyGenicom shall not be responsible for, defects or failures resulting from or caused by: (i) shipping damages or improper storage or handling, (ii) use of, or interaction with, non-GENICOM or non-TallyGenicom brand supplies, print heads, cartridges, consumables or parts, (iii) improper, inadequate or unauthorized maintenance, repair, modification or calibration, (iv) hardware, parts or other materials not supplied by TallyGenicom, (v) misuse or improper installation, (vi) operation outside the applicable manufacturer's operating specifications, (vii) printer drivers or other software, or (viii) events outside the control of TallyGenicom, such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electrical current.
In the event that TallyGenicom or it's authorized service provider determines that the Product is not defective within the terms of this limited warranty, or if the reported failure cannot be reproduced, the customer shall pay all costs of repair (including shipping, travel, labor and parts) at the prevailing rates of TallyGenicom or the service provider, as applicable. |
