Up to 16 CWDM channels delivered over 40km on one fibre pair. Up to 8 CWDM channels delivered over 70km on one fibre pair. Network operators and equipment manufacturers can expand their CWDM networks with additional 10G services. Equipment interfaces using SFP+ no longer have to be connected in to a separate transmission system to achieve multiple channels and longer distances.
